Booking
Interested in a booking?
Send us the enquiry form mentioning your desired rental period : date of arrival and date of departure.
Availability :
Following agreement on the availability we send you the booking form by mail. Your enquiry is taken in provisional option.
Booking form :
Provisional bookings are blocked pending receipt of the fully completed booking form and the deposit.
Payments :
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the rental fee is due within seven days to secure the booking. The remaining balance has to be paid in full 6 weeks prior to the rental period. In case of last-minute bookings, the total of the rental fee needs to be paid by reservation.
Rental contract :
You will receive a confirmation of the rental contract after the receipt of the deposit. One month before the rental period – after full payment- we will send you a detailed road description to reach the property, suggestions of local restaurants and shops and more useful information.
FAQ
Arrival and departure :
During the summer season rental periods can only be weekly, with changeover on Saturday.
Arrival preferably between 4 p.m. and 5 p.m.
Departure before 10 a.m.
Other times upon request. Please contact us if you have special demands.
Features :
Transport is essential. Nearest amenities are at 3 km.
Please respect the house rules :
No more than 4 persons in apartment Palazzuolo.
Strictly no-smoking inside the property.
No pets allowed.
Guests have to comply with the estate rules - 'Regolamento di Condominio"' :
The use of the apartment and its facilities meaning the common parts as the swimming pool, the common garden and the barbecues is strictly limited to the guests named in the rental contract.
Suitable ?
Not really suitable for little children (first floor and steps).
No wheelchair access.
